Sarah Bichlmeier, M.S. APCC

Sarah is a dedicated clinician who has earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Sarah has a variety of clinical experience, having worked in residential, PHP/IOP and outpatient settings. Sarah holds experience working with individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, OCD, and severe/persistent mental health conditions.
Sarah is passionate about working with individuals who have been underserved/marginalized in their communities and believes strongly in the restorative power of meaningful connection. Sarah operates from an emotion-focused, attachment-based lens and incorporates elements of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and mindfulness-based practices in her treatment. Sarah believes that all individuals are capable of change and that therapy is an opportunity to meet oneself more authentically. Sarah enjoys working with individuals on their journey to begin understanding and feeling their emotions, developing insight around their relational patterns, and fostering a sense of meaning or purpose in the world.
