eGetgoing (for adults) and teenGetgoing (for adolescents) combines proven traditional group treatment methods with the latest Internet technology to bring the members the first ever, live, interactive, group treatment online.
eGetgoing.com, the online treatment for adults is ideal for anyone who is looking for an alternative to traditional treatment programs, who is unable to access traditional treatment programs or who wants to strengthen recovery after completing a traditional treatment program. eGetgoing uses a proven treatment approach that is based on the 12-Step philosophy, information on relapse prevention, medical aspects of addiction, anger management and other topics. In this dynamic, interactive setting, group members get to talk to each other under the guidance of an experienced counselor. Relapse prevention groups are held weekly. The Camp's clients are joined by clients in the CRC network and have the opportunity to interact with others in the process of recovery.
teenGetgoing.com, the online treatment for adolescents is a new way to deal with problems due to alcohol and drug addiction. It's a group with other teens sharing experiences, opinions and discussing specific topics. This online treatment program allows teens to join a live group with others who have similar problems. The same group meets together online, working with the same counselor. There are discussions, presentations, opinion polls, and videos as well as personal time with a counselor. Live counselor-led groups are held online twice a week. The teen can talk directly, not just text chat, with other teens and while viewing the counselor. Working together, you can develop the tools needed to deal with alcohol and drug problems.
